i do it post loading corn, working in dusty conditions, feel any type of drainage from sinus or just stuffy

i wager to say once a week i flush

just like taking a hot shower and your sinus start to flow only this is more direct and works

read somewhere Roman Legions were required to do this after long marches as it kept the troops healthy and available
