If you have a Medicare Part D drug plan, the initial prescription for Eliquis during this year will cost more than later ones due to the deductible which is about $590. For 2025 total out of pocket cost for all drugs for an individual is capped at $2000. Depending on the plan you have you may be paying monthly premiums also.
