JohnW - 1/16/2025 14:12 A saline nose spray helps, and it does not have the side effects of the various OTC pills peddled for stuffy noses. Also, drink a lot of water. I now use the Arm&Hammer aerosol nose spray as needed.

Click this link and read. https://www.neilmed.com/usa/#mce_temp_url#   .  With daily or up to 3 times daily and then a Fluticasone Propionate Nasal Spray   then you can get the swelling of the tissue down. Once you get the swelling down, it's generally once a day nose rinse and once a day nasal spray and you'll be good to go. Start with the nasal rinse (click on the link i gave, it works). All those other OTC drugs are short term partial relief . . . If sinus tissue is bad enough, you may have to see Dr and have a rotor rooter procedure done to remove some of the irritated tissue.
