Subject: Tasmania doctor

Pittsburg, Kansas
I do???

Maybe another John. My wife has made salt encrusted fresh fish twice I think. I do eat sardines fairly regularly. But I do not consider them salty.

Here is an orthopedic surgeon from Tasmania that has a wonderful message. He has lived and corrected his diet himself, going from pre diabetic to normal. He cuts off peoples parts because of what excess blood glucose and excess insulin causes in his patients.

He is introduced by a doctor from South Africa that also as both a medical and PHD doctor cured himself first before going to the world stage to tell his story. He was a professional athlete in his early years and specialized in sports medicine and teaching later.

It is my opinion that an untold number of people would gain tremendous improvements to their health by listening to either of these doctors who have "been there, done that", and took to heart what they have to say. We can learn from their mistakes.

Well worth the time to listen, in my opinion.
