Kolorado | Generic Atra blades are really cheap for a two blade with a soap strip.
Takes a little getting used to, but the old school double edge safety razors are the cheapest form of blade shaving and will give you the best shave, once you learn. The safety razors come in many different versions of mild and super hard to cut yourself, to flat out get er done shaving.
Edit to add that straight razor is actually the cheapest! If you've got steady hands!
