We don't do artificial sweetners at all. Most bother my wife but me not so much.
She used to use a TINY bit of honey to take away a little bitter. Now she uses some allulose (but not a lot), a real rare form of sugar that has no insulin response and is a mild natural GLP1 agonist.
We have become accustomed to desiring the smoothness of fat and slightly tart instead of the sweet taste.
