Central Mo | The vest that you wear is a bladder that air can be added to and also released. You put the right amount of air in the vest to maintain the depth you want. It can be a struggle to stay at say 20 ft for the required decompression if you dont have a dive computer to watch or at least a reference point.
If John went to 180 ft and still was able to do an hour dive he is very good on his air consumption. He has had a lot of practice tho. | |
