We hang them from 14 to 20 days depending on how everyone’s schedules work. The equipment is very high quality mostly picked up when a couple of local shops closed up. Very reasonable price. Butcher shops around here charge $100 to kill plus $1 a pound to process. And hopefully you get your own meat back.
