| I don't think big squares are the way to go if you aren't planning on tarping things. With that said, I do know people who put up big squares of mulch here with less than ideal moisture numbers, and they aren't tarped, pile does get warm and will steam, but nothing lights although it isn't touched for half a year plus in time. Maybe taking the pile apart caused some of this, gave the heat oxygen to work with to light off? | |
