Thanks Russ. We run a couple hundred cow calf operation we harvest the ones most likely to get discounted for feet or ears. 2 years and younger. It’s a lot of work but we keep them antibiotic clean and know what’s going in the freezer. If I had to do it like you do out west I’d probably retire:-)
