You say buy more cows. So assume you already have cows. I’d bale it in july. Leave it grow back and move some of your cows into it. They’ll love the fresh grass. This also gives you a backup for a dry year. If you don’t think you’ll need it because of plenty moisture then wait a couple more weeks to bale.
