SE Iowa | I couldn’t stand to see it go into crp if it was mine while that may actually be ur most profitable move. I hate governments fingers in private land and who knows sounds like trump might reform crp In some way so crp is a little risky right now in my opinion.. if I had payments to make on it and running cows wouldn’t cut it and it lays nice might have to farm it awhile till I had it mostly paid for. I’d try to make it work with traditional cow calf if I could. Darn good money in cows right now if you own the mommas debt free and already have a fence /water setup and working facilities. | |
