North Central Illinois
Last month I sold some 112 lb average weight hair lambs for $1.75/lb. Buyer had quoted me $2.40 for 60 lb and $2.00 for ~80 lb lambs the same day. I'd guessed that they were around 80-90 lbs buyer wasn't happy with how big they were but didn't slide the price bad enough for me to lose $.

Normally I lamb in April, rotationally graze all summer and sell September-October. Harvest didn't have rain delays and there was plenty of clover to graze, so I ended up selling in November this year.
