Here's something that might help. Do this before unhooking: Shut engine off. Turn key back on. Cycle your aux controls each way a couple times. Uncouple hoses. Start engine, finish unhooking.
Newish Bobcats have really nice couplers where you push in on the hose and coupler and it releases line pressure before you uncouple.
