As we've said before, there are many different ways to raise cattle. As for the "shine", I don't admit it but I am getting older and as much as I have enjoyed selling beef by the pound it is a lot of work. There is a young family nearby doing a lot of direct sales and I'm referring new customers to them.I want to sell more breeding stock, maybe some wholes and halves and less beef by the pound. Either way I can sell everything I can produce. Just an evolution.
