What would you do with it? Average fescue southern Iowa pasture. Buy more cows, cow/calf, stockers, etc or put it up for hay and sell the hay? Purely a financial decision. What in today’s market do you think gives you the most net profit per acre?
Lets assume you have all the equipment and facilities necessary for cattle or hay production.
