That’s a massive understatement that most farmers don’t realize. The salesman giving you field view/whatever program for free isn’t doing it out of the goodness of the company. The phrase “if something is free you are the product” comes to mind. Guessing most people have already forgot about the tillable fiasco a few years ago as well.
Some data is good. I have various data in at least 4 different places and none of it is cross compatible by choice.
I might upgrade the cows to excel spreadsheet this winter vs the paper notebook I’ve been using. Low cost works fine for me.
