It's not just the new T tag that people should be watching. Since releasing the new tag 701x has already purchased a data software company that around a dozen purebred registries use. They're already talking about how the integration is going to lead to new predictive indices.
I'm not paying $150 a tag for the cow herd, but I have some concerns about just how much of my data 701x will now have access to. Anyone who jumps in with both feet also needs to realize that there are people who have access to the database. Don't let them fool you with "only the algorithms" have access and the ability to flag data concerns that then get looked into. That's bull****, and the new integration could mean that those same people might now have access to the breeding and location data generated by the new tags in your cows.
