Years back they were taking front axles of case 70 series and adapting.
Much heavier
Especially for loader tractors
A Case front end would be OK for a working tractor, but not for a restoration or collector tractor. I have a 4320 that had a Case front axle on it when I bought it, one of the first things I did was put the OEM WF on it. And in this case (no pun intended) as the tractor is a 3020, a big heavy Case front end would for sure look out of place.
