Ne Nebraska | We have filled in multiple ponds, they prefer a wetland determination done before hand, but told me if I was sure wasn’t a wetland prior to building and I wanted it done now just do it, although would be out of compliance if deemed a wetland later, as they were a year out from doing the determination at that time. We farmed around it a year but would have been fine leveling out to begin with. | |
