| I have some that will be prime come February, I was just out of meat and had to kill something. I just had 17 days from when wife said I had to kill one and I had a locker date.
It’s actually really good. Steak is tender and favor is average, pretty much in line with something from a chain steakhouse. Burger a little leaner than I like, but not bad.
I just thought I was extremely lucky for such a young animal that hadn’t been on feed. | |
