17 days... The Klein is good stuff and I'll say that looks gamey. The spring calves here at the house are going on a 60 day weaning tomorrow on Klein pasture. I'll take my prime fed 160 days later dry aged for a few weeks over that. Kind of spoiled here though... If the grill flares up and burns something, I get yelled at.
