Subject: RE: weight of silage in forage wagon

nw NC
I've pulled wagons behind chopper for over 55 years so am quite experienced in it. My old wagons are worn out so I got these as dependable replacements. They are bigger ( longer and taller) than the old 14 foot open tops I had been using. I will get it figured out as to how much I can safely load them. If I have to, I can remove the top beater to gain better control of spout deflector placing stream of silage to not pile so high in the wagon to prevent them becoming so top heavy.
