EC North Dakota | Asking because I’ve never had wet alfalfa before.
Cow calf herd to finish.
I have silage, beet tailings, distillers, stalks, dry alfalfa, dry grass hay, and this wet wrapped alfalfa.
Where will the wet hay fit the best? Fresh weaned or save it for the cows later?
How careful do I have to be starting anything on it?
Just run it through a bale processor and feed it straight or mix with a ration? | |
