It’s been very dry and hard to manage pastures the past 2 months. After 3” of rain over last 10 days things are looking much better. It was hard to feed hay and stay off the pastures. But tonight it was a pretty site turning cows who just weaned their spring calves onto some nice fescue.
Hopefully Mother Nature will cooperate and these cows can stay here till the first of the year now and get nice and fat.
