Don't even think about it. Perfect example recently by Tesla's Austin factory. The factory is on the south side of an I-state highway and their new end of line facility was built on the north side of said road. To get vehicles from the factory to the end of line facility, they bored a tunnel under the road. Of course, it a round tunnel so they needed a flat floor to drive on. They built slabs to make a floor and put a lot of fiber in the crete mix. Carefully installed the floor panels for the entire distance and were about ready to start using the tunnel. Then, all of a sudden, they started removing the fiber reinforced slabs. Analysis of some showed they had cracked in half and the remains showed a whole bunch of fiber fuzz on the cracked pieces. They all came out of the tunnel and new rebar slabs were cast and tested. Those are now being installed as a floor for the tunnel. Tesla can afford to fix the screw up. I couldn't, maybe you could but I've never been a believer in fiber and my mind hasn't changed. If you are interested, I could dig up one of Joe Tegtmeyer's videos to show you the ugly spectacle.

Ed, are you talking fiber in the mud or fiberglass rebar?
