How would you pump / agitate the stuff is probably the bigger deal.
If OP had 2 -3 clean cage tanks at 265 gal to keep on a cycle it might not be too bad and be a plus for landlord relations.
Downside might be using it up “timely” so bad bacteria and yeast and mold don’t make his calves sick if he strings it out from fill to fill!
