yes exactly like that. Being filled with dirt, or ?? is heavy and thus the unit looks pretty much like a tandem axle dry fertilizer spreader. But has a hole in the middle to let the dirt out and a shaper to make it right debth. A guy could take just and old dry spreader and use it. Take a few trial paths to get get speed and gate opening set right.
