What kinda money did it need in it after you wrote the $16 check? Seems too good to Be true to not need a lot of work
They are cheaper with a jd adapter then case because of less demand I think, so I got a case adapter off marketplace for $800, replace one hydraulic hose, and took it to the field and did 800 acres. It needs new sections this winter, and a couple of the pivot bushings, but for another $1000 it'll be in good shape. All drapers guards, reel, and auger were new- excellent condition. Pre 2010 40-45ft are cheap on auction, do an excellent job, and can be updated to essentially an fd1 for not much money
