Got glow plug replaced. They did some update programing too. No charge. You are probably right Indianajones, one by one. Too be determined I guess.

I'll Google the touch screen subject. Like I said, my 2016 did the same thing. I traded it for the 19, so problem went away for me.  Back to where I left off several years ago.  Doesn't sound like a bad job. Just frustrating GM didn't address the issues.
