Floyd County, Iowa
Not exactly sure what you're asking about. Lift assist tied to the 3 point lift? If so, yes. I had a Deere 7300 12x30 with lift assist, on the back of my 8100 mfwd. I put a hydraulic fitting in the lift assist port on the tractor, and then the 3 point and lift assist worked together, using the 3 point control.
I know next to nothing about your tractor, but your operators manual shows and tells exactly where this port is. The tractor comes with a plug on the port. Just take the plug out and put in the female hydraulic connection fitting. If you don't need lift assist on something, the 3 point will work fine without having anything plugged into the port.
I'll attach a pic of where mine is on my 8100, for your reference. Not sure where the port is on yours, may be the same place.
