The newest torque spec is 1,000 ft lbs for the bolts and 550 ft lbs for the nuts I believe. You will need a 3/4” torque wrench and a torque multiplier to do it right. Those two tools are SOOOO much cheaper than just one new wheel I think you are a fool if you don’t get what you need to do the job right.
