I would say no. What you have picked out is a plain spherical bearing, not a solid three piece bushing as used in #18. #20 is a spherical bearing and the cheap one I choose as a substitute from the OEM should work (previous post) although mine is greasable (would have to drill and install a grease zerk) and may be slightly weaker in overall strength.
Make sure to check these bushings on Case 3020 head
