Cwi | It's doable depending in what there anchored in sand or red clay etc. We have a D7G and have taken out some hellacious stuff over the years 3ft diameter cottonwoods anchored in clay you'll be at it for awhile.
Best thing to do is cut in and dig down on two or three sides of it to cut the roots, then try to push it out
I have had to dig on all 4 sides of some giant cottonwoods anchored in red clay before, but these were like 5ft in Dia.
