I may be out in left field but to (me) Track systems are high wear areas. If new Motors and trans were done at 8000 hours - then the previous owner got the 1st 25% goodie out of the new components.
Were the hours due to planters and grain carts or scrapers and pans building stuff
There's not very many tractors here doing dirt work. I know of the prior owner and talked to him. Pretty standard farm tractor.
Agree about your assessment of 25% of the goodie being gone. But if there's 4-5k hours left in engine/trans - then likely to last me a long time. |
