Case has a special washer to put under the 5 nuts that holds the inner dual on. Then use hub pilot semi lug nuts with the rotating flange on the other studs. I’m going to bring the gold spacers in to get machined, they aren’t true so they provide a poor clamp load.
I use a 600ft lb torque wrench and lubricated threads/bolt head. Wouldn’t use an impact to tighten them.
