Local fertilizer place. I go to the gal in charge. The guys it’s a 5 minute run around until they figure out who, to what where. She points me direct to person to deal with. Plus more pleasant to talk to. In person, or on phone.
But maybe best. If she does not know has no issue saying it. “Let’s ask John. He just finished training on that”
