I don't know about aluminum but I've had good luck removing frozen bolts / studs from old engines by running the engine till it was warmed up. Along with warming up the engine I've used a bit that fits an air that has a socket drive on one end & a nut in the middle that you can put a wrench on. Put a socket on the bit & lightly tap with the air hammer while turning he wrench..
