Subject: DT530E crank no start

SE WI

have above motor in a Agco 9755 cranks but no start, I put in a new cam position sensor, fuel injection pressure regulator , and new batteries. All fluids are topped off. What should a guy look next? 6 injectors have about 1500hrs on them.
