Subject: Replacing the auger tube on an 8", 62' Westfield auger

Sanilac Co. Michigan
I'm contemplating replacing the tubes on this auger. What's there is pretty rotten, but the flighting really isn't that bad. I've replaced the bottom section on a similar 10" some years ago and that was pretty straight forward, but doing the whole works, I'm kind of unsure.

Do you try and pull the flighting whole, or do you remove a section of flighting as you remove a section of tube? Near as I can tell the tube is in 3 sections, 10', 25' and 27'. Would the flighting be similar?
