Subject: RE: Women in farming

Chatham Ontario.
I know or more than a few young farm boys that are about as useless as anything. No drive or want to play video games all day. I can't see any difference between the younger generation women and men I deal with. Some are great at their work and some not, same for both sexes.
I farm with my daughter. She has her own successful farm company and there isn't anything on the farm she can't do. Just show her any new job then step back and she will take it from there.
Frustrates her to a lesser degree now, but some men just can't get used to dealing with her when she needs to make a purchase. They look at me, then I shrug my shoulders and point to her. Lol.
