Croswell, Michigan | I bought a used dryer from them a number of years ago. They recommended installing an update kit on it for automatic moisture control, which I agreed to. It was not installed properly and never worked. Service after the sale was nonexistent. They also did some half assed repairs to it and put new paint on it. In hindsight, they said some things to me that leads me to believe they were almost trying to make it so I wouldn't notice it until I got the dryer home. That's probably on me for not inspecting every inch of it when I bought it, but I looked at it on a cold February day. I felt they could've at least pointed out the areas that they patched up.
I live 5+ hours away from them so maybe they treat the local customers better than I got treated. I have no desire to do any more business with them. | |
