My quadtrac did goofy stuff like that when the flasher module went bad.
A few years ago, I purchased a USB power port from Amazon to replace the cig lighter in my sprayer.....when I plugged my phone in to charge, it would make the flashers on the sprayer flash. I swapped it out for a different brand from Amazon and never had the issue again.
