Depends on what you call a small operation. Why should a guy with a few hundred acres buy a used up 24 row planter that will require 20k + to rebuild? Wouldn’t make sense. But it’s a free country and can operate accordingly. Am guilty of having had too big and much equipment for the little farmed.
