the cab relay is sometimes a problem, low voltage. replace with a good industrial relay, should get less than 0.1-.2 v drop.
Yes, the cab relays can cause issues, but you will lose the whole cab, not half, when it fails.
We're now talking about 22 year old combines AT BEST with the R2 series machines, and 32 if it's a 1992...yes, parts will fail, but so can wiring, connectors, and many other parts we've never failed at this point.
