| Wasn’t a Pete and a much older truck but the principle is the same . Had exactly that same wobble at the same speeds . Wheel bearing . Couple 30 mile trips later and front wheel started smoking . Stopped without using brakes as it was leaning towards that wheel and had no idea exactly what it was . When the wrecker picked it up the wheel rolled into the ditch . Very experienced wrecker operator said young fellow you are very lucky ! I’ve seen many trucks have a wheel bearing go that bad but they all lost the wheel before they got stopped . | |
