Yeah that looks bad - problem is the first row of shingles and ice guard will have to come off to replace it . Gutters will cover it up but I’d still let the builder know it’s unacceptable workmanship…..
I want it fixed but hate to have the shingles lifted up. Not sure what to do
heat with a torch place ice cold towel on it to shrink it
