I can't get the pressure to hold when I try to change from 1500 down to 1350 or so. It keeps creeping back up to 1500. I have replaced both sides of the single point hydraulic line that controls the reel up and down which is where my dealer told me the hydra-flex gets pressure from. Any ideas?

Adjust your pressure down to 1350 with the reel all the way down and let it sit. I would guess the pressure will not change. If you put the reel up somewhat and the pressure starts climbing the diverter valve at the right end of the head leaks across the reel/hydra flex circuit.

Hmmm...interesting. Thanks. Is there a fix for it?

Never have fixed ours yet. Looks like JD parts lists some parts for the valve....not sure if they would fix leaking between circuits though.
