coast of Maine | I mentioned my neighbor was seeking a trade towards a new JD with his 4 year old deere.They at the now BiG Box deere dealer chain.Had a value of 86 grand ish.took off 11 $ an hour for all hours over 1200(300 per year was allowed they told him,Trading to same tractor that was quoted 152k$.Wanted to give him 36 k$ for his rig.Decides that was way out of their ballpark and a screwing on trade.Well he went to a single owner NH dealer,,they gave him45,000$ more for a trade in value,same HP tractor in NH was 125K$,,warranty out to 5 years(extra but not much),,he is going to go the blue tractor route,,oh and zero % interest on the new NH.They are heavy hour users(cows and crops) we shall see if it can take the beating. | |
