Michigan | Rotor belt replacement turned into rotor driven pulley rebuild with new spring and cam followers. I also decided to replace the thrust bearings on the drive pulley variable speed hub.
While I am this far into it I thought it might be a good idea to replace the universals on the shaft that drives the feeder house gear box.
Is there any way to get the shaft out so I can work on it at ground level? Or am I better off sucking it up and working on it where it’s at? Beans are drying fast so stuff needs to start going back together soon.
